We offer structured football development programs tailored to different age groups and skill levels, complemented by educational support and life skills training.
Our foundational program for children aged 6-12 introduces them to football fundamentals in a fun, engaging environment. We focus on basic skills, teamwork, and physical development while promoting regular school attendance. The program operates in 30 schools and community centers across Kolkata and neighboring districts, reaching approximately 800 children annually. Sessions are conducted twice weekly with certified coaches who are trained in child development principles.
For promising players aged 13-18 identified through our scouting network, we offer intensive training programs designed to develop professional-level skills. Our academy includes residential facilities for out-of-town athletes, academic support, and competitive exposure through state and national tournaments. We currently have 120 athletes in our elite program, with 15 having progressed to state-level teams and 3 receiving national youth team call-ups. The program includes sports science support, video analysis, and mental conditioning.
Addressing gender disparity in Indian football, we run dedicated programs for girls and women across age groups. Our women's program has grown from 35 participants in 2021 to over 300 in 2024, with teams competing in state championships. We provide safe training environments, female coaches, and mentorship from former women footballers. The program also addresses social barriers to women's participation in sports through community engagement and parental education sessions.
Expanding our reach to rural communities in West Bengal's South 24 Parganas, Purba Medinipur, and Jalpaiguri districts. We have established 8 rural training centers serving 600 children who otherwise lack access to organized sports. The project includes equipment provision, coach training for local youth, and inter-village tournaments that foster community spirit.
Developing the next generation of football coaches through AIFF-certified training programs. We've trained 75 coaches since 2021, with 45 currently employed across our centers. The program includes mentorship from former professional players, modern coaching methodology workshops, and practical teaching experience.
Our flagship event brings together over 2,000 participants from across West Bengal for a week of competition, workshops, and cultural exchange. The festival features multiple age categories, skills challenges, coaching clinics, and seminars on sports nutrition and injury prevention. The 2023 edition saw participation from 120 teams representing 18 districts, with special guests including former Indian national team players.
The festival also serves as a scouting platform, with our technical team identifying promising talent for our elite programs. Beyond competition, the event promotes values of sportsmanship, cultural understanding, and healthy living through various ancillary activities including health check-up camps, anti-doping awareness sessions, and environmental sustainability workshops.
